Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of its latest tranche of Exchange-Traded Commodities (ETC) securities, linked to physical gold. This marks the 619th tranche under its precious metals program. The issuance comprises 725,000 ETC securities, part of a broader series now totaling approximately 47.3 million securities.
These securities aim to provide exposure to gold prices, with a scheduled maturity in May 2118. The initial metal entitlement per ETC is 0.04 fine troy ounces, while the entitlement for this tranche is set at 0.03969623. The nominal amount per security is USD 5.085.
The securities will be listed on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, London Stock Exchange, and Deutsche Börse, among others. Participation is open in Austria, France, Germany, and other European countries. The total expenses for listing this tranche are estimated at €3,000, with total expected net proceeds of USD 75,495,120.
