Arverne Group launches a geothermal installation in Pau

Arverne Group begins drilling work for the geothermal installation of the Biotope project, future headquarters in Pau. This site will offer a hot/cold system thanks to 11 geothermal probes located at a depth of 195 meters, connected to a geothermal heat pump. Electricity will come from a solar installation on the roof, ensuring fully renewable energy.

The project, developed by the Essor group and the Camborde Architectes agency, is located on a 7,500 m² plot of land. It aims to combine the environment and employee well-being, aligning with Arverne Group's environmental responsibility objectives.

Delivery of the first phase comprising 2,700 m² of offices is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025, reinforcing Arverne Group's commitment to the energy transition.
