ECOSLOPS: Update on voting rights and shares

On December 16, 2024, Ecoslops published an update in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. The press release provides information on the total number of voting rights and shares making up the company's share capital. In total, 5,189,566 shares make up the share capital, corresponding to an identical theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares deprived of voting rights.
