Berlin, 31st July 2024. 029 Group SE (ISIN: DE000A2LQ2D0), a global hospitality and lifestyle platform, announced today that its portfolio company, Limestone Capital AG, has successfully concluded a significant financing event. Several non-operational shareholders sold secondaries at a much higher valuation compared to their previous record, and the company raised additional capital through a convertible loan.
