2024 Financial Report of Crédit Agricole Touraine Poitou

Crédit Agricole Touraine Poitou announces 2024 results marked by a dynamic customer acquisition, with nearly 23,000 new members. The mutual bank asserts a strong customer relationship, both physical and digital, reflected in a 3.5% increase in appointments and a 10% growth in users of the "Ma Banque" application.
In a slow economic context, 1.45 billion euros of new credits were disbursed. The institution strengthens its position in housing, reaching 36.6% market share. Consumer credits are growing slightly, with growth in outstandings of 1.5%.
The 2024 results reveal stability with a Net Banking Income of 283.9 million euros, up 0.5%. The social net income stands at 67.1 million euros, while the consolidated net income records a decline, impacted by base effects from 2023. The bank proposes a dividend of €3.21 per Cooperative Investment Certificate.
