2CRSi confirms its acceleration and sets ambitious goals

On February 22, 2024, 2CRSi SA, a French leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance and eco-friendly computer servers, announced the publication of its consolidated accounts for the 2023-2024 financial year, which exceptionally lasted 16 months until June 30, 2024. This announcement marks a period of strong growth for the company, with the confirmation of an acceleration in sales.

In the context of a growing global demand for Artificial Intelligence technological solutions, 2CRSi now aims for a turnover of over 150 million euros for this interim period, with an EBITDA margin of 3%. For the 2025-2026 financial year, the company aims to exceed 300 million euros in sales, with a targeted EBITDA margin of 12%.

As of January 31, 2024, 2CRSi shows a gross cash position of 0.2 million euros, down compared to the previous year, partly due to the repayment of certain loans. However, the company expects an improvement in its cash position thanks to customer deposits on orders in progress. The company is also continuing to seek additional funding to support its expansion, particularly in the AI sector.
