2CRSi SA: Financial report for 2023/2024

The 2CRSi group recorded a turnover of 223 million euros for the exceptional 16-month financial year ending in June 2024, exceeding the revised objectives. This performance includes revenues from the Boston business over four months. Excluding Boston, consolidated turnover, reduced to 12 months, reached 167.6 million euros, a significant increase compared to 34.7 million euros the previous year.

Proforma results show EBITDA of €6.3 million. The increase is the result of strong growth in demand for artificial intelligence solutions, which account for 80% of revenues thanks to partnerships with Nvidia. 2CRSi projects continued improvement, supported by a robust order book and innovations, including immersive servers.
