2CRSi SA launches a major fundraising campaign to boost its growth in the Artificial Intelligence sector

2CRSi SA announced the start of a fundraising targeting 8 to 12 million euros to stimulate its growth in the field of servers dedicated to Artificial Intelligence (AI). The company, specializing in the design and manufacture of high-performance and energy-efficient computer servers, is undertaking this financial operation in two parts: an offer to qualified investors and a public offer via the PrimaryBid platform, both proposals sharing the same financial conditions .

Alain Wilmouth, Founder and CEO of 2CRSi, highlights the company's advantageous position in the face of growing demand for AI, and announces ambitious objectives: a consolidated turnover exceeding 300 million euros for 2025-2026, with an EBITDA margin above 12%. The fundraising is primarily aimed at increasing sales of AI servers and securing supplies of critical components, such as those supplied by NVIDIA.

2CRSi confirms strong commercial momentum, with unaudited consolidated turnover of 98 million euros for the current financial year and an order book reaching a record 47 million euros. These recent performances are in line with the company's growth prospects.

The structure of the overall fundraising offer and the subscription commitments of the co-founders are also discussed, showing strong internal support for this financial initiative. The operation benefits from the expertise of Portzamparc – BNP Paribas Group and Gilbert Dupont – Société Générale Group, acting as Global Coordinators & Associate Bookrunners.
