2CRSi SA: Information on Voting Rights and Shares as of February 2026

2CRSi SA has published its regulatory statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights as of February 28, 2026. This publication is in accordance with regulatory requirements under Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of February 28, 2026, the share capital consisted of 22,556,578 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 28,732,514, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 28,725,085. This decrease is due to treasury shares held by the company, which do not carry voting rights. 2CRSi SA continues to fulfill its transparency obligations to its shareholders and the market.
