2CRSi SA Succeeds in Fundraising of 12 Million Euros

The company 2CRSi, specializing in the design and production of energy-efficient computer servers, announced the success of its fundraising amounting to 12 million euros. This operation includes a private placement of 10.9 million euros reserved for qualified investors as well as an offer of 1.1 million euros intended for individual investors via the PrimaryBid platform. This fundraising aims to support the company's expansion in the artificial intelligence (AI) sector, in particular by securing supplies of NVIDIA components for its servers.

Alain Wilmouth, CEO of 2CRSi, expressed his gratitude to shareholders and investors for their trust and participation, highlighting their crucial role in the development of innovative technological solutions that respect environmental issues. The company plans to use the additional funds to drive growth in the booming high-performance server market.

The global offering process enabled the issuance of 3,260,870 new shares, increasing the company's share capital. The new shares, sold at a subscription price of €3.68, are scheduled to be tradable on the Euronext Growth Paris market on March 18, 2024. This financial transaction reflects the commitment of the founding shareholders to the long-term vision of 2CRSi , with a commitment to retain the securities post-offer.
