This decision follows the current auditor's withdrawal from auditing the company's financial statements for this period. This withdrawal has prompted the Supervisory Board to act, ensuring that the company remains compliant with financial regulations.

The Audit Committee is expected to nominate a new auditor shortly, following a simplified selection procedure. This nomination will be presented to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for January 15, 2025.
