AARDVARK Tactical’s PROJECT7 Armor Updates XPV, Expands Production
PROJECT7 Armor announces expansions to its Xternal Patrol Vest (XPV) line and production capabilities responding to increasing demand. Effective immediately, the XPV asserts its presence in the market with a new Uniform style carrier and two additional colors, navy blue and tan 499. These updates not only diversify the XPV lineup but also cater to the specific needs of law enforcement and firefighting personnel by offering seven color options in total.
Designed to meet the unique demands of various public safety officials, the XPV has proved essential since its launch in spring 2023. The vest integrates a four-panel design for enhanced fit and coverage, a significant advantage over traditional two-panel vests. This innovation supports officers’ mobility and accommodates fluctuations in body weight or composition, ensuring a continuous, comfortable fit through the service life of the vest.
PROJECT7's commitment to adjusting production levels reflects a significant rise in sales, nearly doubling year over year. Founder Jon Becker highlighted this expansion as a step towards realizing the vision of providing the best armor system through direct engagement with end users. PROJECT7’s broadened manufacturing capabilities underline its dedication to meeting the growing market needs for tactical armor systems.
