Abasca Resources Unveils 2025 Winter Drilling Plan and $3.20 Million Private Placement
Abasca Resources Inc. has announced a 2025 Winter Program at its Key Lake South Project, targeting the Loki Flake Graphite Zone through 5,000 meters of drilling. This effort aims to expand upon the successful outcomes from the summer program. The drilling will follow a structured grid spacing to define the zone's extent. Additional testing is planned for a new prospective area north of the Loki Zone. Abasca also plans continued exploration of uranium targets over the property's 40 km of untested conductors during the summer.
Additionally, the company revealed a non-brokered private placement of $3.20 million through the issuance of up to 20,000,000 units. Each unit includes a common share and one-half of a purchase warrant. The raised funds will support exploration at Key Lake South. Abasca may pay finder's fees up to 6.0% of gross proceeds from investors introduced by designated finders. All securities will have a hold period of four months and one day from issuance.
