ABB Ltd has successfully repurchased 238,201 shares between September 25 and October 1, 2025. This action is part of the buyback program announced earlier this year on February 7. Conducted under the guidelines of the Swiss Ordinance on Financial Market Infrastructures and EU regulations, the transactions aim to optimize the company's capital structure.

The buyback was executed through a separate trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Daily purchases varied, with the highest volume of 53,000 shares at an average price of CHF 56.7940 on September 26. The total buyback amount for this period reached over CHF 13 million.

Since the inception of the program on February 10, a cumulative total of 17,122,675 shares have been reacquired. These strategic transactions highlight ABB Ltd's commitment to shareholder value.
