On August 28, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. indirectly crossed the 5% stake in ABIVAX. This crossing occurred through its subsidiaries JP Morgan Prime Inc., JP Morgan Securities plc, and JP Morgan Securities LLC. In total, the company now holds 4,022,564 ABIVAX shares, representing 5.32% of the share capital and 4.74% of the voting rights.
