ABOUT YOU Holding SE: Resignation of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Hamburg, 3 June 2024 – ABOUT YOU Holding SE announced that the chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Sebastian Klauke, will resign from his position by 30 April 2025. The exact departure date is yet to be determined.
The resignation is linked to Mr. Klauke's departure from the management of the Otto Group, the majority shareholder of ABOUT YOU Holding SE. The Management Board stated that it would address the succession of Mr. Klauke in due course and inform the public accordingly.
