The abrdn U.S. Closed-End Funds (NYSE:HQH, NYSE:THQ, NYSE:THW) held their Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 25, 2024. Shareholders voted on key proposals for each Fund.
For the abrdn Healthcare Investors (HQH), with 50,624,847 shares outstanding as of April 1, 2024, 80.52% of the shares were voted. Shareholders elected two Class B Trustees: Rose DiMartino with 90.4% of votes and C. William Maher with 90.6%.
The abrdn Healthcare Opportunities Fund (THQ), with 41,356,058 shares outstanding as of April 1, 2024, saw 77.11% of shares voted. Shareholders elected two Class A Trustees: Kathleen Goetz with 97.1% of votes and Todd Reit with 97.9%.
The abrdn World Healthcare Fund (THW), with 38,244,601 shares outstanding as of April 1, 2024, had 72.84% of shares voted. Shareholders elected two Class C Trustees: Jeffrey A. Bailey with 97.0% of votes and C. William Maher with 96.5%.
