Results of the AB Science General Meeting
AB Science held its Combined General Meeting on June 30, 2025, in Paris, bringing together shareholders representing 31,146,901 voting rights. A majority of the proposed resolutions were approved, with the notable exception of the 22nd resolution, which aimed to increase capital reserved for employees and was rejected.
Ordinary resolutions, including those concerning the approval of accounts and executive compensation, received overwhelming support, with approval rates approaching 99.98%. Extraordinary matters, such as authorizing share buybacks and the issuance of warrants, also received broad approval.
However, the 22nd resolution, providing for a capital increase for the benefit of employees, was rejected with only 0.33% of votes in favor.
