Accelleron Industries AG Successfully Holds 2024 Annual General Meeting

On May 7, 2024, Accelleron Industries AG held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Baden, Switzerland, where shareholders approved all board proposals for the upcoming fiscal year. Key approvals included the profit appropriation from 2023, featuring an increased dividend of CHF 0.85 per share, up from the previous year's CHF 0.73, set to be paid on May 30, 2024.

The AGM reinsured the unchanged remuneration for its board members and the Group Executive Board for the subsequent fiscal year. A significant discussion arose regarding the proposed revision to the Articles of Association, particularly the capital band, leading to its withdrawal for re-evaluation. Furthermore, this year marked the inaugural inclusion of a consultative vote on the Sustainability Report's non-financial segment, which gained shareholder approval.

Re-elections were also on the agenda, with all current board members, including Chairman Oliver Riemenschneider, maintaining their positions. The meeting saw 441 shareholders present, representing approximately 41.77% of the voting share capital.
