Accentro Real Estate AG Initiates Restructuring Plan
On April 25, 2025, Accentro Real Estate AG announced the initiation of its restructuring plan. This decision follows an agreement in principle reached on March 29, 2025, concerning a comprehensive restructuring solution. With approval from the Supervisory Board, the Management Board has decided to proceed with the implementation of the restructuring project.
The plan includes notifying the local Berlin court per the German Corporate Stabilization and Restructuring Act. To ensure successful implementation, Accentro aims to address liabilities due on June 30, 2025. This involves amending the bond terms, deferring redemption and interest payments to September 30, 2025.
Bondholders of the 2020/2026 bond will be informed about the voting process regarding these adjustments as per the German Bond Act. The company remains listed on the Frankfurt and Luxembourg stock exchanges.
