Accor announces a record performance for the year 2023 with an EBITDA exceeding 1 billion euros

Accor has revealed historic results for 2023, reaching an EBITDA surpassing 1 billion euros, demonstrating significant progress compared to expectations. This performance is attributed to the commitment and expertise of the group's teams in an industry marked by the importance of personnel. All segments and regions have experienced growth, highlighting the power of the Group's "asset-light" model, the strength of its brands, and the success of its loyalty tools. Accor has also returned 676 million euros to its shareholders and opened 291 hotels in 2023. The company is confident for 2024, planning to continue its expansion.

The strong demand in 2023 has enabled all regions and segments to show sustained growth, supported by major international events. The RevPAR (Revenue per available room) increased by 23% in 2023, with revenues reaching 5,056 million euros, and net profit attributable to the group increasing by 57% to reach 633 million euros.

Regarding the outlook, Accor has confirmed its medium-term growth objectives, expecting an annual network expansion between 3% and 5%, and a recurring cash flow conversion rate exceeding 55%. An ordinary dividend of 1.18€ per share will be proposed at the Annual General Meeting on May 31, 2024.
