Accor Successfully Issues €500 Million Senior Bond
Accor has completed a successful placement of a €500 million 7-year bond with an annual coupon of 3.625%. This transaction, oversubscribed by more than three times, highlights strong investor confidence in Accor's credit quality and business model. The proceeds will refinance the outstanding €600 million notes due February 2026.
The issuance allows Accor to capitalize on favorable market conditions and extends the average maturity of its debt. Accor holds a long-term debt rating of BBB- from both Standard & Poor's and Fitch Ratings.
The bond placement was coordinated by Citi, Crédit Agricole CIB, and Société Générale, alongside BofA Securities, CIC, MUFG, and Natixis as Joint Active Bookrunners.
