Accor Expands in the Americas with 17 New Hotels

Accor has announced exclusive negotiations with Royal Holiday Group to acquire 17 management agreements, totaling 3,200 keys. The $79 million deal includes six all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, managed by Ennismore, and 11 resorts and city hotels in Mexico, Argentina, Puerto Rico, and the USA under Accor PM&E Americas. The plan includes a $130 million renovation over 30 months.
This strategic move will enhance Accor's brand presence in the Americas, focusing growth in Mexico and strengthening its all-inclusive resort portfolio. The acquisition expands Rixos Hotels into the Americas, marking a significant milestone for the brand.
The deal is expected to finalize in the second semester after regulatory approvals. Accor continues to foster sustainable development and community engagement in the region.
