Accor Launches €200 Million Share Buyback Tranche

Accor announced the initiation of a €200 million tranche as part of its €440 million share buyback program for 2025. This move follows the release of the company's 2024 annual results on February 20th, 2025. The share buyback will be executed through an agreement with an investment services provider.
The program allows for a maximum share price of 70 euros, as approved by the shareholders in May 2024. The acquired shares from this buyback will eventually be cancelled, aligning with the company's strategic financial objectives.
Accor continues to focus on optimizing its capital structure while delivering value to its shareholders through these financial maneuvers. The share buyback is part of Accor's ongoing efforts to strengthen its market position and financial performance.
