Accor Reports Record Financial Success in 2024

Accor announces its full-year 2024 financial results, marking another record year. Revenue increased by 11% to €5,606 million, while recurring EBITDA rose 12% to €1,120 million. This growth aligns with the company's 2024 guidance. RevPAR increased by 5.7%, driven by both prices and occupancy. Accor's strategy, based on two autonomous divisions—Premium, Midscale and Economy (PM&E) and Luxury & Lifestyle (L&L)—proved successful. The company opened 293 hotels, boosting its network growth by 3.5%.
In terms of regions, Europe and North Africa saw a mixed performance, with Germany outperforming France and the UK. The Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions rebounded strongly, largely driven by increased pricing. The Americas, with significant contributions from Brazil, posted a 12% RevPAR increase.
The L&L division reported its strongest performance to date, with a 10% RevPAR rise. Accor's 2024 success enables a proposed increased return to shareholders. The Group affirms its medium-term growth ambitions, focusing on expansion and maintaining its record performance through 2025.
