ACCOR Reviews 2023 Performance and 2024 Priorities at Shareholders’ Meeting

The Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Accor, chaired by Mr. Sébastien Bazin, took place on May 31, 2024, at the company’s headquarters. Mr. Bazin introduced Accor’s new Purpose: "Pioneering the Art of Responsible Hospitality, Connecting Cultures, with Heartfelt Care". This Purpose was developed collaboratively with extensive employee input.

Ms. Martine Gerow, Chief Financial Officer, presented the 2023 fiscal year results and recommended a dividend of €1.18 per share. Ms. Brune Poirson, Chief Sustainability Officer, outlined the company's strategies for social and environmental responsibility. The quorum for the meeting was 67.66% of the shares, and all resolutions were adopted except the 13th, which related to authorization to issue free share warrants in the event of a public offer.

Following the meeting, the Board of Directors acknowledged the resolutions and affirmed ongoing dialogue with shareholders. The dividend ex-date is set for June 5, 2024, with payment scheduled for June 7, 2024.
