Acquisition of Solana by Sol Treasury Corp, a subsidiary of Achater-Louer.fr
On August 8, 2025, Acheter-Louer.fr announced the acquisition of 1,565 Solana units by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sol Treasury Corp. The purchase price was EUR 147 per Solana unit, for a total of EUR 229,998. This transaction took place through a non-dilutive bond issue of up to EUR 2,000,000.
Following this acquisition, Sol Treasury Corp now holds 14,194 Solana assets. The valuation of these assets is approximately EUR 2,129,100, reflecting a 19% appreciation of the Solana portfolio held.
