Aclara Resources Inc. Strengthens its Environmental and Social Commitments in Brazil and Chile

Aclara Resources Inc., active in the rare mineral resources sector, welcomed a delegation of officials from the State of Goiás government, Brazil, to Concepción, Chile, on February 15, 2024. The meeting aimed to present the company's sustainable technologies, deployed at its Chilean pilot plant and planned for the Carina project in Brazil. The visit highlighted Aclara's environmentally friendly operations, including the treatment of ionic clays with a low carbon footprint and minimal water consumption through recirculation.

The Brazilian officials also visited Aclara's social engagement project in Penco, illustrating the company's collaboration with local communities. The delegation discussed collaboration opportunities for the development of the Carina Module project, thus strengthening mutual commitment to sustainable mineral extraction. Aclara continues its development efforts while assessing new opportunities to increase heavy rare earth production, in line with high environmental standards.
