Aconnic AG Reports Significant Revenue Growth in Q4 and Full Year 2023

aconnic AG, formerly known as UET AG and based in Munich, announced a substantial 48% increase in consolidated revenue for the full year 2023, totaling 72.7 million EUR, up from 49.036 million EUR in 2022. This growth exceeded the company's initial target of 20%. The company attributes its strong performance to robust demand in systems, software, and services for establishing communication networks.

The preliminary operating earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) for 2023 was 5.9 million EUR, a significant rise from 0.935 million EUR the previous year. During the fourth quarter alone, revenue saw an 11% increase year-over-year, amounting to 20.296 million EUR. However, the operating EBIT for Q4 decreased to 1.453 million EUR from 3.250 million EUR in the same period of 2022.

aconnic AG also reported a reduction in their order backlog, which stood at 32.6 million EUR at the end of December 2023. This decrease from 43.1 million EUR in September 2023, is attributed to enhanced supply chain resilience and better component availability.
