Acquisition of ELIS shares by Brasil Warrant Administraçao

On December 13, 2024, Brasil Warrant Administraçao de Bens e Empresas (BWSA) declared that it had crossed the threshold of 15% of the capital of the French company ELIS. BWSA now holds 15.07% of the capital and 13.21% of the voting rights of the company thanks to the acquisition of 35,655,402 shares on the market.

This transaction was financed by the Kaon E fund, with its own resources. BWSA, acting alone, has specified that it does not intend to take control of ELIS but could acquire other shares depending on market conditions. The company's current strategy is supported by BWSA, which does not foresee any significant transactions or changes to the ELIS supervisory board.
