ACTIA Group finalizes the merger with STEEL Electronique
Thursday May 23, 2024, ACTIA Group and Diadem, parent company of STEEL Electronique, finalized their merger. Exclusive discussions began in September 2023. This integration within the ACTIA Aerospace division makes it possible to create a leading industrial group for the supply of embedded electronics in the fields of aeronautics, space, NewSpace and telecommunications. (ground and embedded space).
ACTIA Aerospace sets ambitious objectives in terms of technological and industrial innovation. This division now brings together 230 employees and should represent 10% of ACTIA Group's consolidated turnover.
