ACTIA Group: Voting rights as of January 31, 2025

ACTIA Group, a public limited company with capital of 15,074,955.75 euros, informs of the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. As of January 31, 2025, the share capital comprises 20,099,941 shares. The total gross number of voting rights amounts to 32,372,798, while the net total reaches 32,352,973, after deduction of treasury shares without voting rights.
