Growth Driven by Solute Acquisition Boosts ad pepper media International
ad pepper media International N.V., a leader in European performance marketing, reported significant revenue growth for Q2 2025 following the full consolidation of solute from May 1st. The group's revenue surged to EUR 12,807k, more than double the previous year's EUR 5,224k, with solute contributing EUR 7,650k. EBITDA also increased notably, reaching EUR 784k, driven primarily by solute's contribution of EUR 942k.
Over the first half of 2025, the group's revenue stood at EUR 18,091k, considerably higher compared to EUR 10,400k in H1 2024. EBITDA for this period was EUR 869k, despite one-off costs of EUR 280k related to solute's acquisition. The company noted a new record liquidity reserve at EUR 31,020k, with no bank liabilities, marking a solid financial position.
