Adcore Announces Voting Results from Annual Shareholders Meeting

Adcore Inc. announced the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held in Toronto on June 20, 2024. All five director nominees listed in the management information circular dated May 20, 2024, were elected as directors of the company. The elected directors will serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders.

The vote details are as follows: Omri Brill, Roy Nevo, Sukvinder (Sokhie) Puar, Ronnie Jaegermann, and Nancy Goertzen received 40,500,492 votes for (99.73%) and 109,351 votes withheld (0.27%).

Additionally, the appointment of Ziv Haft, Certified Public Accountants (Isr.), a BDO member firm, as Adcore's auditor was approved with a 98.82% affirmation vote from the represented shareholders.
