Adesso SE expands its technological portfolio by acquiring the Turkish SAP consulting company arteno

On February 20, 2024, adesso SE announced the acquisition of arteno, a leading SAP consulting company in Turkey, continuing its strategy of international expansion and growth. This acquisition allows adesso to add highly demanded SAP services to its portfolio in Turkey and expand its SmartShore capabilities for international clients. The transaction, expected to close soon, is subject to approval by Turkish authorities. The purchase price is set within a range of several million euros, depending on the achievement of future objectives by the SAP unit.

Arteno, a ten-year Istanbul-based SAP Silver partner, brings specialized expertise to adesso in consulting for Turkish clients and renowned companies in the German-speaking market, particularly in SAP financial management solutions, ABAP/Fiori development projects, and S/4HANA. This merger is a key element for adesso's international strategic development, aiming to significantly increase its SAP resources in Turkey and expand its application management services in the medium term.
