This transaction marks a strategic move for Adler Group as it shifts focus toward managing and enhancing rental properties in Berlin.
Dr. Karl Reinitzhuber, CEO of Adler Group, expressed satisfaction with the sale, highlighting the project's prominence within the company's portfolio. The completion of the transaction is expected in the first quarter of 2026, with the buyers planning to expedite the building permits.
