ADOMOS initiates legal recovery proceedings
ADOMOS, specializing in the distribution of rental investment real estate, declared the cessation of its payments on May 17, 2024 and applied to the Paris Commercial Court to open a judicial recovery procedure. This approach follows the failure of negotiations with creditors and the impossibility of securing the necessary financing. The company expressed its intention to place itself under the protection of the Court to develop a continuation plan during the observation period.
The hearing to examine this request is scheduled for June 5, 2024. ADOMOS management remains committed to finding solutions for its creditors and shareholders and announces that it will communicate the Court's decision via a future press release.
