ADOMOS Opens Judicial Reorganization Procedure with New Financing

On June 17, 2024, ADOMOS announced the opening of legal recovery proceedings following the failure of negotiations with its creditors. The Paris Commercial Court has set an observation period of six months from June 13, 2024. During this period, ABO PARTICIPATIONS I and ACHETER-LOUER.FR have undertaken not to convert their obligations.

ATLAS SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES will provide bond financing of 4 million euros, including 2 million allocated to the observation period. This financing, in the form of bonds convertible into shares (OCABSA), requires the approval of the supervising judge.

The composition of the ADOMOS board of directors has been restructured with the appointment of a new president, Philippe Ausseur, and several expert directors. Their objective is to turn around the company's historical activity and prepare external growth projects.
