His mandate involves managing the growth of ADS-TEC Energy’s battery-buffered, ultra-fast charging products in the U.S., a strategic move by the company to meet growing demand and provide support for their installations.

CEO Thomas Speidel expressed confidence in Gross’s abilities to replicate his past successes in scaling up operations and driving sales. ADS-TEC Energy, known for its innovative charging technologies, hopes to adapt its German-engineered products to suit the U.S. market, aiming for a blend of German precision and American ingenuity.

The company also announced the installation of its ChargeBox ultra-fast charging solution at Marina Palms Yacht Club and Residences in North Miami Beach, emphasizing its commitment to expanding its footprint in the U.S. EV charging infrastructure.
