ADS-TEC Energy's ChargePost Wins German Innovation Award 2024

ADS-TEC Energy GmbH has announced that its ChargePost fast-charging station has secured the German Innovation Award 2024 for Excellence in Business to Business: E-Mobility Technologies. This recognition comes as a testament to the ChargePost's advanced design and innovative features, tailored specifically for electric vehicles (EVs).

During the award ceremony held in Berlin, the ChargePost was highlighted for its unique integrated battery system that supports ultra-fast charging capabilities even in areas with limited power grid capacities. Designed and produced in Germany, the charging station accommodates quick, off-grid charging, making it highly suitable for a variety of business applications including company fleets and retail locations.

The German Innovation Awards, initiated by the German Bundestag and supported by German industry, aim to acknowledge products that significantly enhance the quality of life through innovation. ChargePost has distinguished itself by enabling rapid charging up to 300 kW and facilitating over 1 MW of power daily in busy locations, thanks to its innovative battery technology. Furthermore, its potential to connect multiple stations into a virtual power plant presents new possibilities for energy trading and grid support.
