AeroGuard Flight Training Center Teams Up With China Airlines to Train New Pilots

AeroGuard Flight Training Center, based in Phoenix, Arizona, has announced a significant partnership with China Airlines, one of Taiwan’s predominant national airlines. This collaboration aims to train cadet pilots, marking AeroGuard's further step into global pilot training. The program, lasting 11 months, receives approval from the Civil Aviation Administration (CAA), with the recruitment process being handled directly by China Airlines.

China Airlines chose AeroGuard for its reputation in delivering high-quality ab initio pilot training. AeroGuard’s selection is based on its 20+ years of experience and capacity to provide structured training programs. This partnership not only escalates AeroGuard’s international presence but also aligns with its strategic growth, with AeroGuard planning to double its training capacity. This undertaking is additionally supported by the company's recent acquisition of 90 planes from Piper Aircraft.

Joel Davidson, CEO of AeroGuard, highlighted the importance of this partnership, viewing it as a testament to AeroGuard’s reputable training capabilities. This step is part of AeroGuard's expansion strategy, aiming to increase its student capacity to 2,000 across its campuses. The Phoenix, Arizona location offers an ideal training environment, benefiting from favorable weather conditions and complex airspace availability.
