Aéroports de Paris S.A Announces €500 Million Bond Issue

Aéroports de Paris S.A successfully launched a €500 million bond issue on May 7th, 2024. This is the company's first issuance since 2020. The bond, with a maturity term of seven years, is structured with a fixed annual rate of 3.375%, and was set to re-offer a yield of 3.390%. The maturity date of the bond is scheduled for May 16, 2031.

With characteristics including a fixed-rate format and in fine redemption, the bond attracted investors with a re-offer spread of 67 basis points over mid swap. The funds raised from this issuance will contribute to general corporate purposes. Despite the negative outlook, Aéroports de Paris maintains an A rating from Standard and Poor's.
