AEVIS VICTORIA Expands with Spital Zofingen Acquisition

AEVIS VICTORIA SA has announced the acquisition of Spital Zofingen by Swiss Medical Network Holding SA (SMN), enhancing its strategy to grow and develop integrated healthcare in Switzerland. This acquisition establishes Spital Zofingen as part of AEVIS's portfolio, with payment made in SMN shares.

The deal also initiates a strategic partnership with Kantonsspital Aarau (KSA), making KSA a strategic shareholder with 3.57% of SMN capital. This move is set to increase AEVIS's consolidated equity by CHF 50 million and boost revenues by approximately CHF 100 million in 2025.

This integration is expected to yield substantial synergies in procurement and training, positively impacting operational performance and care quality. The collaboration aims to enhance patient benefits and efficiency in the Swiss healthcare system.
