AEVIS VICTORIA SA Reports Strong Half-Year 2024 Results

AEVIS VICTORIA SA, a notable player in the healthcare, hospitality, and real estate sectors, has announced robust results for the first half of 2024. The company's revenue increased by 8.0% to CHF 527.6 million. Operating profit at the EBITDAR level rose by 21.3%, reaching CHF 87.7 million.

CEO Fabrice Zumbrunnen stated the company is pleased with the results, aligning with their strategy of evolving into a pure investment company. This shift is set to enhance agility and value generation for shareholders.

AEVIS saw organic revenue growth of 7.0%, led by Swiss Medical Network at 4.7% and MRH Switzerland at 13.7%. The Group's effective cost management converted a loss of CHF 10.2 million in H1 2023 into a net profit of CHF 0.7 million in 2024.

MRH Switzerland reported exceptional performance, with revenues of CHF 101.2 million and a 39.0% increase in operating profit, despite challenging weather conditions. Swiss Medical Network also posted solid growth, with revenues rising by 5.8% to CHF 417.5 million.

AEVIS is gradually transitioning to a diversified investment profile while maintaining its focus on healthcare, hospitality, and real estate. The company anticipates positive outcomes for the entire year, despite macroeconomic uncertainties.
