AEVIS Victoria SA to Integrate Klinik Pyramide into Privatklinik Bethanien

AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVS) has announced an organizational change affecting its largest investment, Swiss Medical Network. Due to renovations required at Klinik Pyramide am See from early 2025, the clinic will gradually relocate its activities to the campus of Privatklinik Bethanien in Zurich. The operating company of Klinik Pyramide am See will also merge with Privatklinik Bethanien by the end of 2024. This integration will reduce the number of Swiss Medical Network facilities from 21 to 20.

The relocation project has been planned meticulously. To ensure modern infrastructure and efficient processes, the project includes extending Privatklinik Bethanien's existing buildings and constructing a new one between Hinterstrasse and Restelbergstrasse. Swiss Medical Network anticipates saving up to CHF 2 million annually in rental and administrative costs, which will positively impact margins.
