AGRIPOWER FRANCE SA: Transition exercise before reinforced ambitions for 2024-2025
AGRIPOWER FRANCE SA confirms that the 2023-2024 financial year, closed on June 30, 2024, was a period of transition, marked by an operational and financial reorganization. Unprofitable projects have been canceled in favor of new offers, including recurring services available from 2024-2025.
Although the accounts for the financial year will show a net loss due to project cancellations and a high cost structure, the company maintains a healthy financial position with cash of €5.50 million and gross debt of €3.05 million. €.
The previous financial year recorded an order intake of €4.0 million and commissioned 9 methanization units. The reorganization allowed a reduction in the workforce to 20 people and better management of costs and cash flow.
AGRIPOWER is developing new innovative offers in on-farm methanization and biomethane institutes. These promising solutions are expected to boost profitability and meet customer expectations.
The outlook for 2024-2025 is optimistic with several ongoing projects and recurring revenues from maintenance services. Obtaining Qualimetha certification is also planned for early 2025.
