Air Berlin PLC – Eighth Status Report in Insolvency Proceedings Released

The insolvency administrator of Air Berlin PLC has provided KEOS GbR with the eighth status report on the insolvency proceedings concerning Air Berlin PLC's assets. KEOS serves as the joint representative of the EUR 225 million bond issued by Air Berlin in 2011, maturing in 2018.

Bondholders can obtain a copy of the report by providing proof of creditor status through a recent securities account statement. Requests can be sent via email or fax. Note that the report is only available in German, although KEOS has provided a convenience summary in English. However, the English translation is not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be solely relied upon for decision-making.
