Air France-KLM Finalizes Redemption of 2026 OCEANE Bonds

Air France-KLM announced that it had completed the repayment of the remaining 48 million euros of its OCEANE convertible bonds, scheduled to mature in March 2026. The payment was made in cash. The operation was carried out thanks to the early repayment option integrated into the terms of the bonds. Following this redemption, the total number of bonds affected stands at 2,654,942, resulting in a reduction in the number of potentially dilutive shares from 472,580 shares to zero.
