Air Liquide: Update on the number of voting rights and shares

Air Liquide has communicated information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2024. This declaration complies with the requirements of Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

As of July 31, 2024, the number of shares making up the company's capital is 578,131,063. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to the same number. After deduction of treasury shares, the actual number of voting rights is 576,304,213.

In comparison, the previous statement as of June 30, 2024 reported 578,124,790 shares and an actual number of voting rights of 576,284,844.
