AirIQ Announces Shareholder Meeting Results
AirIQ Inc., a leader in wireless asset management, shared the outcomes of its Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2025, in Toronto. All proposals in the Circular were approved by the shareholders.
The number of directors was confirmed at three, with a majority of 97.71% voting in favor. Elections saw nominees Vernon Lobo, Gabriel Bouchard-Phillips, and Michael Robb re-elected to the Board. Geoffrey Rotstein concluded his board service after the meeting.
McGovern Hurley, LLP was re-appointed as auditors for 2025-2026, with 98.85% support. The stock option plan received a 94.21% approval from shareholders.
